Buy Outright is back in the Workbench, for real this time

Buy Outright is a real control in the Workbench now: on any unlocked craft part, it spends crystals alone, at a steep rate that scales with the part's own tier, instead of asking for that tier's own materials. It never opens a recipe early — the same depth, lifetime-crystal or capture gate that governs ordinary crafting governs the buyout too, with zero exceptions. Once a recipe is open, though, crystals can skip the materials leg entirely: money buys the speed of clearing a grind you've already earned the right to be running, never the right itself.

The Tools rack picked up its missing half at the same time. Every tool now shows plainly whether you already have it aboard or not — and for anything you don't, an honest line on how to actually earn it, read straight off that tool's own unlock row rather than a generic 'find it somewhere' shrug.

Both are covered where the rest of the Workbench already lives — see The Part Catalogue & Workbench.
