Pilot a drone into water
nobody has charted.

Bathysia is a free browser game — a deep-sea exploration game you play by hand, at the controls. Every creature, wreck and crystal field is found the same way: piloted, not clicked. Chart a field once and it keeps paying you back — Fleet Dispatch banks what you have found and pays it out while you are gone.

Watch the dive

Ninety-five seconds through Bathysia — catch, chart, and craft your way down as your drone and its light grow from a bare hull to a Leviathan-tier rig. Plus the long cut on building the drone, and nine frames from real dives.

Three classes

Three machines, one family.

A drone, a boat and a rig — not three trims of one hull. Every fitted part still bolts to all three; picking a class at Pilot Level 5 changes the machine underneath you, not just the badge on it.

A drone, flown light.

Scout

Fast and far — first eyes on everything down here.

A pressure boat, low and heavy.

Hauler

Big holds, steady currents — you bring the whole field home.

An open working rig.

Salvager

Nothing sealed stays sealed. You open what others swim past.

The water has a voice now

The whole game makes sound: a motor that churns with your speed, ambience that darkens with the depth, roaring beasts, real explosions — and a mixer in Setup to shape or silence all of it. Plus a Field Manual on O that can fly you to what it's teaching.

The first hour teaches itself now

A brand-new pilot launches with 10 Fine Mesh Nets, 5 Braided Nets, 5 Heavy-Gauge Nets, 30 Signal Rockets and 10,000 crystals, plus a guided first dive that walks hauling, breaking a rock, the aim ring, net tiers, the Ledger, your machine's Console, the parts Workbench and restocking — one step at a time, skippable from the first card, replayable any time from Setup.

One X to leave every room

A cockpit-wide cleanup: every screen now closes from the same X in the same corner, the shop refuses you once and clearly instead of three times quietly, the Fleet moved into the HUD where its hours already lived, and the Ledger turns back to page one on request.

Update

The three classes look like three machines now

Hauler, Scout and Salvager stopped being the same drone in three accent colours. The Scout keeps the stock AV-1 shell; the Hauler is a pressure boat with a conning sail and a screw; the Salvager is an open box-truss rig with a derrick and a cutting boom. Every fitted part still bolts to all three — no stat moved.
