The rail now reads Console · Chart · Shop. The Workbench used to live as a tab inside the Console; it's moved out onto its own full screen, with its own icon and its own exit, the same way Chart already worked. Nothing about what the Workbench sells changed — four racks, Parts, Wraps, Tools and Consumables, a Try It preview on your own drone before you spend anything — only where it lives, and which key opens it.
We also tried a second button on every unowned craft part's card: a crystals-only buy that would skip its materials entirely. It's pulled, not shipped — the engine has the pieces for it, tested, but nothing wires it to a real spend yet, and we'd rather ship nothing than a flagged "placeholder" button with a guessed price sitting next to a real one. Build is the one honest way to own a craft part today.
Two more real changes landed alongside it. The Quartermaster's counter is sell-only now — buying Parts with crystals is retired, because it let crystals quietly stand in for depth a pilot hadn't personally reached; selling Parts back to crystals still works, same rate as always. And Hardpoints & Pearls has its real numbers: unlocking a socket now costs crystals instead of Parts, scaled to the part's own tier, and Fusion's crystal fee is no longer a placeholder — it's meant to be the steepest recurring cost in the game, on purpose.
