I know this crab from the overhangs a band above, where it wedges itself into the rock shadow and waits out the current rather than fighting it. Tonight the drone caught one doing the same thing under a ledge on the upper trench wall, legs braced the identical way. It let go of the rock and drifted before it climbed back into shadow.

Catching it
